The architectural project option proposed: public property of all spaces including private spaces.

 

We started with the idea of combining concepts of simultaneity and exchange. From minimal housing to multiple housing. Capable of multiplying spaces and their benefits. It is not to understand housing as a system of spaces but as a synergy of habitats.

 

Multiplicity. Housing as an open space for a combination of uses, programs, people, and activities. Capacity for transformation, adaptation, and change.

 

It is not the aim of the program to function specifically for each space but to give the user the possibility of defining and determining them according to the needs or future adaptations of each group.
